These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website aifinancepilot.life and enrolment in courses offered by AI Finance Pilot Inc., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada (BN 765432198 RC0001), with principal office at 525 8 Avenue SW, Suite 2400, Calgary, AB T2P 1G1. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of services — vocational training only

AI Finance Pilot provides vocational training in AI-assisted financial-management skills, including budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense control, personal financial planning and money organisation using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. Our services are educational courses — not investment advice, tax advice, financial planning, robo-advisory services or guaranteed-outcome programmes.

Financial disclaimer: AI Finance Pilot delivers vocational training in AI-assisted money-management skills — including budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense control, personal financial planning and household money organisation with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. Certificates confirm course participation only. We are not investment advisers, tax preparers or licensed financial planners, and we make no guarantee of returns, savings or debt outcomes. Generative AI outputs may be inaccurate; every financial choice remains your responsibility and may warrant consultation with a qualified professional. This is vocational training, not financial advice.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate. Corporate clients warrant they have authority to bind their organisation.

3. Enrolment and payment

Course fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are indicative until confirmed at enrolment. Payment terms are specified in enrolment confirmations. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfer for corporate invoices. Prices exclude applicable GST/HST where required. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of enrolment without refund of prior partial payments beyond our stated refund policy.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refund terms are set out on our FAQ page and incorporated here by reference. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule cohorts due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator illness or force majeure; in such cases you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, website content, logos, prompt templates and workbooks are owned by AI Finance Pilot Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly publish course content without written permission. Capstone work you create remains yours; we may request permission to display anonymised examples for training purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or courses — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, harassing staff or learners, submitting false information or using our training to misrepresent credentials as licensed financial advice. We may suspend access for violations.

7. AI tools disclaimer

Courses involve third-party AI tools not controlled by AI Finance Pilot. Tool availability, pricing and terms change without notice. AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete or biased. You are responsible for verifying outputs and protecting sensitive data. Never input full account numbers, passwords or SINs into AI tools during exercises.

8. Certificates

Completion certificates attest to participation in specified training modules. They do not constitute professional certification, licensure or advisory qualification. Do not represent certificates as equivalent to CPA, CFP or securities credentials.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, AI Finance Pilot Inc. and its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or courses, including financial decisions you make based on course content or AI tool outputs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AI Finance Pilot Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of course materials, misrepresentation of credentials, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. Enrolment constitutes acknowledgement of that policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary, except where consumer protection legislation grants you non-waivable rights in your province of residence.

13. Brand clarification

"AI Finance Pilot" and aifinancepilot.life are branding for a registered training provider. The "pilot" metaphor refers to guided learning for money-management skills — not a promise of wealth, passive income or investment performance. The .life domain denotes everyday personal finance context, not wellness or life-coaching services.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting revisions on this page. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance for website browsing; course-specific terms at enrolment prevail for active enrolments unless otherwise agreed.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, utility outages or government orders — provided the affected party notifies the other promptly and uses reasonable efforts to resume performance. Enrolled learners affected by force majeure cancellations receive transfer or refund options as described in our FAQ.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified minimally to reflect the parties' intent while remaining lawful under Alberta and Canadian law.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and course enrolment, superseding prior oral or written understandings except where a signed corporate contract explicitly states otherwise. No waiver of any Term is effective unless in writing signed by an authorised representative of AI Finance Pilot Inc.

21. Survival of key provisions

Provisions concerning financial disclaimers, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute jurisdiction survive termination of your enrolment or cessation of website access.
