Who we are
AI Finance Pilot Inc. is a registered vocational training provider headquartered at 525 8 Avenue SW, Suite 2400, in Calgary's financial district. We were founded to address a specific gap: Canadians increasingly use ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude for everyday tasks, yet few structured programmes teach AI-assisted budgeting, cash-flow tracking and expense control in a responsible, non-advisory framework.
Our instructors come from financial education, adult learning and business operations backgrounds — facilitators who design AI workflows and financial literacy exercises, not licensed portfolio managers. Every course module is reviewed for Google Ads compliance: we keep the finance-management-course topic front and centre while stating clearly that completion certificates reflect training participation only.
The .life domain is brand positioning — a reminder that personal finance touches daily life. It is not wellness coaching, manifestation training or lifestyle retreat programming. If you seek meditation retreats or life coaching, we are not the right provider.

What we teach — and what we do not
Our curriculum covers AI tools for personal finance: prompt engineering for expense categorisation, AI spreadsheets for household budget control, AI financial dashboards for spending tracking, and AI scenario modelling for savings goals and debt awareness. Learners build money-confidence training artefacts they maintain after graduation.
We explicitly do not offer investment advisory, robo-advisor services, tax preparation, crypto or forex trading signals, or get-rich-quick frameworks. We do not display fake advisor credentials or partner badges from institutions we do not hold. AI Finance Pilot is a budgeting cockpit for skills — the pilot metaphor means guided instruction, not autopilot wealth creation.
