How we deliver AI money-management skills training

Choose the format that fits your schedule — every option teaches vocational AI-assisted budgeting and financial organisation, never investment advisory services.

Format 01

Live cohort

Join a timed cohort at our 8 Avenue SW Calgary studio or via secure video. Small groups practise AI workflows together — ChatGPT expense reviews, Copilot spreadsheet tasks and Claude planning prompts — with facilitator oversight. Typical cohort size: 8–14 learners. Indicative fee: C$495–C$1,890 depending on programme depth.

Format 02

Self-paced modules

Progress through recorded lessons and AI spreadsheet templates on your own timeline. Modules include checkpoint quizzes on prompt engineering and financial literacy concepts — personal finance skills, not market analysis. Access period: 90 days. Indicative fee: C$395–C$995 per programme tier.

Format 03

Weekend intensive

Compress foundational AI-assisted budgeting and cash-flow control into two full days. Ideal for Alberta commuters who want concentrated money-confidence training without multi-week schedules. Includes hands-on AI automation labs and a takeaway flight-plan workbook.

Format 04

Corporate workshop

Employers invite our instructors for half-day or full-day AI financial-management skills workshops — tailored to teams who manage household-style budgets, project expenses or small-business cash flows. Content covers AI expense categorisation, AI cash-flow analysis templates and responsible AI tool policy. We do not deliver investment seminars or trading introductions. Corporate pricing from C$2,400 per session; contact us for scoped proposals.

Format 05

One-to-one skills review

Book a facilitated review of your AI workflows — prompt libraries, dashboard layouts, monthly review rituals. The facilitator evaluates training artefacts and suggests improvements to your AI processes. This is vocational coaching on tool use and financial organisation, explicitly not licensed financial planning or tax advice.

Format 06

Alumni Q&A

Graduates access monthly alumni Q&A sessions to ask process questions about AI tools, spreadsheet updates and budgeting routines. Facilitators clarify course material and share workflow examples — they will not review your investment portfolio or recommend specific financial products. Included with capstone enrolment; C$45 per session for other alumni.

Education disclaimer: AI Finance Pilot delivers vocational training in AI-assisted money-management skills. We do not provide investment, tax or financial advice and do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, returns or savings.
