We do not require Social Insurance Numbers for standard course enrolment. Please do not submit full bank account numbers, investment account credentials or other highly sensitive financial identifiers through our contact form or email.

5. Limiting use, disclosure and retention

Personal information is used only for purposes consented to or permitted by law. We may disclose information to:

• Service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, payment processing and analytics, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• Professional advisers bound by confidentiality (lawyers, accountants) when necessary;

We do not sell personal information. We do not share learner data with investment firms, robo-advisors or marketing list brokers. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely.

21. Processor oversight

We maintain a register of subprocessors in categories described in Section 5. Before engaging new vendors who process personal information, we review privacy and security practices and require contractual commitments to protect data and use it only for specified purposes. Vendors must notify us of material breaches affecting our data without undue delay.

22. De-identification

Where feasible, we de-identify or aggregate personal information for internal reporting on cohort completion rates, programme popularity and website performance. De-identified datasets are not subject to access requests because they cannot reasonably identify individuals.

Our website may link to third-party AI providers, government resources or educational references. Those sites operate under independent privacy policies. Review their practices before submitting personal data outside aifinancepilot.life. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

24. Enrolment and alumni communications

Enrolled learners receive transactional emails about schedules, materials and certificates. With consent, alumni may receive optional newsletters about new flight-plan courses and Calgary studio events. Unsubscribe links appear in marketing messages. Transactional communications are sent as necessary for course delivery even if you opt out of marketing. We do not share alumni email lists with external promoters.
