Questions about our AI financial-management courses

Clear answers about vocational training, delivery formats and boundaries — before you enrol in a Calgary cohort.

  • Do you guarantee returns, wealth or financial outcomes from your courses?

No. We teach AI-assisted personal money-management skills courses — budgeting, cash flow, planning and saving habits using ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and AI spreadsheet workflows. We are not investment advisers, not a robo-advisor and not a financial planning firm. We do not guarantee returns, savings, debt elimination or any specific financial outcome. The .life domain is branding for everyday personal finance skills — not wellness coaching or manifestation programmes. Completion certificates reflect training participation only.

  • What prerequisites do I need?

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets is helpful. No prior AI experience is required for foundations. For advanced programmes, completion of Programme 01 or equivalent experience with prompt engineering and AI tools is recommended. You should have an active personal finance context to practise on — a household budget, side-project expenses or freelance cash flow — but you do not need investment accounts or trading platforms.

  • Are courses online, in-person or blended?

All three. Live cohorts meet at our 8 Avenue SW Calgary studio or via secure video. Self-paced modules run entirely online with 90-day access. Weekend intensives are in-person only. Blended options combine two studio days with remote AI automation assignments. See Services for format details.

  • What is the typical cohort size?

Live cohorts cap at 14 learners to ensure facilitator attention during AI workflow labs. Corporate workshops scale to 24 participants with additional facilitators. One-to-one skills reviews are individual sessions. We maintain small groups so everyone receives feedback on prompt templates and budgeting cockpit exercises.

  • How much do corporate workshops cost?

Corporate AI finance training starts at C$2,400 for a half-day session and C$4,200 for a full day, plus travel for locations outside Calgary. Pricing includes customised AI expense workflow materials and facilitator time — not licensed financial advisory. Contact us with team size and objectives for a scoped proposal in CAD.

  • What is your refund policy?

Full refund minus a C$75 administration fee if you cancel 14 or more days before the cohort start date. Between 7 and 13 days: 50% refund or transfer to the next cohort. Within 7 days: no refund, but one free cohort transfer within 12 months. Self-paced modules: refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content accessed.

  • How do you handle personal information under PIPEDA?

We collect contact details, enrolment information and form submissions to deliver courses and respond to enquiries. Data is stored in Canada where possible. You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for full details including complaint procedures with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

  • What do your courses NOT include?

Our programmes do not include investment advice, tax advice, licensed financial planning, guaranteed returns or savings promises, crypto or forex trading signals, day-trading instruction, get-rich-quick frameworks, robo-advisory services or portfolio management. We teach AI-assisted budgeting, cash-flow analysis, expense control and financial organisation skills — vocational training with human judgment required for every financial decision.

  • What is your AI tool policy?

Learners may use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and AI spreadsheet assistants during courses. We teach responsible data handling — never paste full account numbers, SINs or confidential employer data into public AI tools. AI outputs may contain errors; verify all figures independently. We update curriculum when major AI tools release features relevant to personal finance workflows.
